Open your legs and give your body side stretch and let your thigh muscles open till where it starts to hurt. Stay in that position for 30 seconds and keep your hands on ground to support your body. Then switch to the other leg and repeat the same stretch. Keep going down towards ground day by day. This will increase your side thigh muscle stretch. You can turn your body towards the front and then open your legs straight for the front stretch.
