The main point of cold brew is that its never heated to mix the coffee and sugar rather it take time to get them mixed as the coffee is greater in ratio then water. It kind of long process since it is getting prepared without heat. After that adding the fresh water into the coffee with ice make the drink complete. The fun fact about cold brew is that it is stronger then drip coffee but still has less caffeine. It is less acidic and had more dark taste then eve espresso.
