French Cuisine also known as Grande cuisine or Haute cuisine is world's 9th best cuisine in the world. It has variety of tastes and dishes to offer. It has been influenced by colonies of France and also the changes in countries that cane under France's territory such as Germany, Belgium etc. It mainly has three types which are: 1) Northwest cuisine: It uses butter and cream etc. 2) Provençal cuisine (South West cuisine): It uses olive oil, herbs and tomatoes. 3) Northeastern cuisine: This comes from German cuisine majorly. It has massive dishes like lamb, lard, sausages and beer.
