Gazpacho; Spanish tomato soup

The red, sour, ripe soup which is served cold. The ripest tomatoes are blended with garlic, bread, cucumber and pepper. It is blended until it gets thick and red paste which is super smooth. After getting into it, it is put in a bowl and garnished to serve. In used very commonly in summers. You can find jars filled with Gazpacho at bars also.
