Jeffrey Dahmer killed 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991. He was one of the most brutal serial killers of America’s history. He was a sexual predator and serial killer. His killing pattern was similar I all the murders. Raping, torturing, necrophilia, dismemberment and cannibalism. He was abandoned by his parents emotionally; they were both self absorbent and did not enough attention to Jeffry. Growing up he was an attention seeker. He had abandonment issues due to his parents treatment. He was diagnosed with disorders like borderline personality disorders, shizotypal personality disorder (paranoia) and psychotic(inability to differentiate between illusion and reality) disorder. When Dahmer was four year old he was very fascinated with the idea of dead animals. He saw his father removing bones of dead animals. He was extremely astonished and impressed by the sound that bones make. In 1991 he started killing one person every week. He liked the idea of keeping his victims youthful and preserving them as they are. He would kill them and then preserves their corpse to have sex with it or for other sexual activities. He would drill holes in their skull, put boiling hot water in their brain. He would use chemicals to preserve their genitals and make pictures of dismemberment process.
