Just days after it was revealed her Spider-Man co-stars Tom Holland and Zendaya have gotten engaged, Marisa Tomei sent along a congratulatory message.
Tomei, 60, played Aunt May, the sole caretaker of young Peter Parker (Holland) in 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2019's Spider-Man: Far From Home and 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Holland and Zendaya met on the set of those films, portraying his classmate MJ, who he ultimately forms a romance with in the films.
That on-screen romance was mirrored in real life, with Holland publicly confirming their relationship in November 2021, though it is believed they were dating for quite some time before the public acknowledgment.
After Zendaya was spotted wearing a massive engagement ring, it was revealed that they got engaged over the holidays.
Shortly after the couple confirmed their engagement, Tomei took to her Instagram story to congratulate them both.
