Most Horror Places In The World:3- Hill of Crosses, Lithuania
Well crosses are not something to get scared of but if there are more the 100,000 crosses appear on the uphill then it does give very creepy vibe. This place is located in northern Lithuania and it is believed that these crosses were first places by people for unknown reason. Later on these crosses kept increasing in number by the locals because it is considered as a symbol of Lithuanian Independence. After 1831, people start calling it a remembrance site for the rebels and it is believed that their spirits still haunt this place. After Soviet Union invade this place, they try to destroy it several times but the locals keep building it again. There are many ghosts reported to be seen in this area including a famous monk ghost.
