Osiris: The Egyptian God

Osiris: The Egyptian God

He is the god of the deads. His duty is to handling the spirits of the deads and let them enter into the afterlife. He also placed as the judge for the spirits who used to watch them. His story of becoming the god of dead follows as: he was killed by his brother Set, and Set cut him into pieces and scattered them. After that his sister Isis, who was also his wife conjoined magically his parts and gave him the life again. So from that time he was considered as the god of dead as he is the visualizer of the afterlife. ‘The Egyptian book of the dead’ also addresses him and describes the duty which is vividly being holding by him.
