Salade Landaise...........

It is a French salad. It has two basic processes. At first the duck confit is cooked in oven until the skin gets crispy and the other part is preparing for dressing. The bread and walnut are soaked in duck fat when it is out of oven and then duck is shredded. It is all then added to the dressing with the tomatoes, lettuces and other vegetables.
