Brahim Takioullah is officially the world’s second-tallest man ever. He was born on 26 January 1982 in Guelmin, Morocco. He was recognized by Guinness World Record for his largest feet. He also suffered from acromegaly. His height spurt was about 3ft in just one year at the age of 15. A blood test was recommended by one of his school teachers for his unusual height spurt. After his blood test, he was diagnosed with this rare condition of acromegaly. This second-tallest man in the world height stands at 8 feet 1 inch.
