Gozleme is Turkish style stuffed pancake. A handmade bread which is brushed with olive oil or any other cooking oil to make it tasty and then it is stuffed with what ever ingredients one wants to have. Most common fillings include eggplant,green vegetables, cheese, potatoes etc.
