"Dock Street Theater" was turned into ashes when fire broke into it. Planters Inn was built in it's place but after some time in 1930 it was again changed to the theater. When it was changed into an Inn an accident took place. On a windy dark night, an absolutely gorgeous woman was standing in it's balcony but her fate shoved death into her face. In her the lightning stroked her and that was the death of her. After that many claimed that they saw her roaming on the second floor in red gown.
