Weirdest Place in the World: Jellyfish Lake

Jellyfish Lake is one of the craziest places on earth, located in Palau. Approximately, 70 other marine lakes are present there but what makes this lake distinct from others is that it is home to jellyfishes and a huge population of jellyfishes. One thing that should be kept in mind is that scuba diving is not allowed in this lake for two reasons. First, the bubbles of the scuba tanks can ruin the life of jellyfishes if they collect them beneath their bell. Secondly, the skin of the scuba diver can absorb the hydrogen sulfide that is concentrated at about 15 meters below the surface can cause the death of the diver. The best time to visit this most outlandish area is from November to April.
