Clinical psychologists attend clients that are mentally disturb and facing difficulties in emotional and behavioral control. Sports psychologists deal with professional Athletes and help them to cope up with the pressure and mental stress that is lowering their performance. Team managements hire sports psychologists when they feel some player need a therapy. Sometime players themselves consult with them to share their problem. There can be so much problems an athlete can face such as trauma, stress from recovery of injuries, loss of focus on game, difficulties in controlling aggression, anxiety before game due to pressure and the issues regarding interactions with the team mates. Forensic Psychologists work closely with the law enforcement agencies and legal crime justice system. They help professionals to understand the psychological background, mentality, behavior and mental state of the criminals. They help in solving the cases by evaluating crime scene and determining how a criminal may have navigated the scene. They help the witness of crimes to overcome the trauma and get the information out from them. They also help to give therapy to the crime victims after studying the case. Neuropsychologists

They are the psychologists who have specialized in biological aspect of brain and nervous system. They study brain functions and determine how it works and stores memories and how our behaviors relate to it and varies on the basis of past experience. Neuropsychologists determine how a certain neurological injury can affect human behavior, emotional well-being, and their perception of different things.

Cognitive Psychologists

Cognitive psychologists determine how an individual think, make decisions, solve problems and perceive different things in life. They study disabilities related to the learning. They perform researches regarding language development system, memory building and human Responses. Cognitive psychologists are found in universities, research centers, rehabilitation centers, and governmental agencies and also in private practices.
